Dr Anna offers the Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) program in-person as a five day intensive format annually at Mana Retreat Centre in New Zealand. She is also part of the teaching faculty of the Center for Mindful-Self-Compassion and is teaching on the following programs in 2026.
About Mindful Self-Compassion
Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) is an evidence-based program designed to cultivate the skill of self-compassion. Developed by Dr. Kristin Neff and Dr. Christopher Germer, MSC teaches core principles and practices that enable participants to respond to difficult moments in their lives with kindness, care, and understanding. The intensive format offers a deeply immersive experience, combining formal meditation practices, experiential exercises, and group discussions in a supportive retreat environment.
