Supervision with Anna is a reflective, collaborative space where you can slow down, think deeply, and grow your confidence as a therapist. Grounded in self-compassion and clinical rigour, I support you to trust your own wisdom while strengthening your skills, presence, and inquiry. Together we explore your client work, your internal responses, and the therapist you are becoming.

Mentoring
Mentoring with Anna supports therapists and practitioners around the world to embody and teach self-compassion with depth, integrity, and authenticity. Whether you are developing as a self-compassion-informed therapist or growing as a Mindful Self-Compassion teacher, our work together is both rigorous and deeply supportive. Anna will help you integrate the practices into your own life, refine your teaching and inquiry, and trust your unique voice — so that what you offer is not just learned, but truly lived.
